When life gives you lemons you make lemonade, or so the saying goes. But when life gives you lemonade and cookies, why not host a customer appreciation day! Our Assistant Manager of Lockaway Storage - 3009 & FM 78 thought something along these lines when they decided to put on the event that happened from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, September 21st.
“It’s just small tokens of appreciation that we hope lets customers know that we aren’t just trying to get a payment out of them,” they said. “I figure if they go somewhere else most places don’t do stuff like this for their customers, but they’ll remember that we did.”
Holding customer appreciation days is a great way for our self storage community to connect with their managers and even get a chance to talk to fellow renters. The event had plenty of different kinds of cookies, but favorites like chocolate chip and peanut butter ran out fast!
“We had a couple boxes of sugar, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and whatever other cookies we could pick up to go with the lemonade,” the team member said.
